Build strength, fitness and overall well being while learning correct techniques and methods from an expert personal trainer.
Train with other like minded people in a fun, sociable group environment. Weโre a friendly inclusive environment that welcomes everyone.
Including nights out, summer BBQ, Christmas night, golf days. We also have a free weekly running club.
Accountability in each session from a coach and other members. Plus โOut of gymโ contact with a coach to help motivate, guide and assist.
We have an excellent location with free car parking with additional outdoor space. We run outdoor sessions when the weather permits.
These include Pilates, Running Club and workshops. Our most recent workshops including Nutrition, Physio and Menopause.

Alt-T-Fit is not your typical gym. Weโre more of a community of like-minded individuals joining forces to enjoy their health and fitness in a group environment. People who inspire each other to be better every day.
Our values cover four main areas of health and wellbeing – Physical Training, Nutrition, Mindset and a Positive Environment. Our team of expert coaches believe in creating an environment that every member feels safe and comfortable, and one where they can improve.
Our sessions are carefully programmed by our coaching team to allow them to be accessible to everyone regardless of age, fitness level, or training expertise. We focus on moving with correct technique and cover all the key areas of training – from mobility, to strength work, and high-intensity interval training. With over 45 sessions over 7 days, starting at 6am and running through until 7.30pm, we have all your training needs covered. Members have unlimited access to these sessions each month.
