Alt-T Fit is a gym with a difference. We are more than ‘just a gym’ – We are ‘a community’ and specialise in SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING. A super enjoyable, cost effective way to get the results you’ve always desired.ย

Can you imagine the benefits of having a personal trainer up to x3 times per week, training in an inclusive group setting with like-minded people and receiving guidance and accountability to stay on track when your motivation drops?

Many of our community have tried ‘normal gyms’, which just didn’t it for them. It can make sure a big difference having fun, accountability and expert guidance to give you that gentle push.

You will have access to the our signature SGPT programme which focus on your Improving Strength, moving properly and Increasing Your Fitness levels to make everyday life that little ย bit easier as we get older.

Every session is carefully designed to ensure each member maximises their 60 minutes at the gym. You will be greeted by one of your amazing coaches, on first name terms andย taken through a fun and challenging workout that focuses on improving the main aspects of health and fitness – STRENGTH, MOBILITY & CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS.

You will also have access to our Running Club and other weekly add-ons, including a weekly coach led stretch session. We also offer regular workshops where we invite experts to share their knowledge with our community. Recent examples include Physiotherapists, Nutritional Experts and Menopause Support.

The best gym I've ever been a part of. A small core of trainers who take a genuine interest in your development.... There's no hiding place, the sessions are challenging but always varied. You will learn a lot about movement & strength and how your own body can respond to it. The members are great, dead supportive of one another and there are regular social nights out too.
