You will have access to the our signature SGPT programme which focus on your Improving Strength, moving properly and Increasing Your Fitness levels to make everyday life that little ย bit easier as we get older.
Every session is carefully designed to ensure each member maximises their 60 minutes at the gym. You will be greeted by one of your amazing coaches, on first name terms andย taken through a fun and challenging workout that focuses on improving the main aspects of health and fitness – STRENGTH, MOBILITY & CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS.
You will also have access to our Running Club and other weekly add-ons, including a weekly coach led stretch session. We also offer regular workshops where we invite experts to share their knowledge with our community. Recent examples include Physiotherapists, Nutritional Experts and Menopause Support.
