STRUCTURED TRAINING

Each session is professionally planned within a 12 week cycle, to ensure each member maximises their time with us. Heavily focused on improving strength, mobility and your cardiovascular fitness within a fun and challenging 60 min workout.

ACCOUNTABILITY & COMMUNITY

ALT-T FIT COMMUNITY

We have a large community of people who want to combine exercise with fun, camaraderie, sweat and laughs! All of our sessions are group sessions led by expert personal trainers. We offer a combination of mixed classes and ladies only classes. We have regular social events including a summer BBQ, nights out, Christmas Party, golf days etc. Sign up to our  4 Week Kick Start Today. Experience some of the benefits group training and a friendly community vibe has to offer.

We also run workshops with experts including phyios, nutritional experts and our most recent menopause workshop. We have a Tuesday night Running Club which is included in all membership options.

Many of our members have been here since we launched in 2018. New members are always welcomed with open arms. Whether you’re a first-time gym goer, somebody who’s looking to get back into the gym, or you’ve already got a high level of fitness, you’ll fit right in.

How much is the 4-Week Kick Start?

The 4 Week Kick Start is £150. This includes:

  • 3 Group Sessions each week led by an Expert Personal Trainer
  • 18 Group Sessions in total (approximately £8 per session)
  • A detailed fitness and nutritional plan tailored just for you
  • Access to our In-Body Scanner provding detailed analysis of your body metrics
  • Full access and accountability from our owner Andy to help you on your way!
  • Plus all the many benefits of the Alt-T-Fit gym

What is different between us and a group exercise class?

We aren’t a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Each day is designed for members to get the best experience from their visit. All sessions are programmed to improve strength, learn correct technique and to become fitter and healthier. Although we work to a structure, we meet each client at where they are on their journey and as coaches, find just enough stimulus to allow each member to reach their goals.

Are the sessions too hard for someone who is new to exercise?

The sessions are meant to be challenging but rewarding. Each member is allowed to move at their own pace, find their starting point and build their strength and confidence in their own time. The workouts are designed in such a way that someone brand new to exercise can complete the workout alongside someone that has done 100s of sessions with us. 

Some gyms limit the number of sessions, do you?

Once you have completed the 4 Week Kick Start programme, you can choose which membership suits you best. Please see our membership options for prices, session credits etc.

Is it like Personal Training?

You will get the benefit of being coached by an expert personal trainer, with the added benefit of being amongst a group of like-minded people. Each session is structured and no one session is ever the same. 

I don’t like Commercial Gyms, how are you different?

We are a small, inclusive community of like minded people of similar age with amazing team of coaches to help you find the consistency you’ve always lacked! You will be greeted with a smile and taken through the 60 min session, step by step by our coaching team allowing you to train at your own level, be challenged enough to improve and help you get results in record time!
