We have a large community of people who want to combine exercise with fun, camaraderie, sweat and laughs! All of our sessions are group sessions led by expert personal trainers. We offer a combination of mixed classes and ladies only classes. HOW WE HELP YOU GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT

PROFESSIONAL COACHING

Every session is designed and led by expert personal trainers. For our peak time sessions, there will be two personal trainers. Coaches will support you with technique, form and motivation. They will help with accountability, as will all our gym members. Out of gym contact is available for additional support.

VARIETY OF TRAINING

Each session we run is different, no session will be the same. Each day we target a certain body area, or focus on full body. We will mix in boxing, Saturday Specials or Slow Down Sundays. Coaches can adapt sessions for individuals who may be carrying an injury or niggle.

EXPERT ADVICE

Our values are around Physical Training, Nutrition, Mindset and Positive Environment. We will offer expert support and guidance around these areas. If you want to lose weight, get fit, tone up, or simply get into new habits, we can help.

Outdoor Training in Summer:

We have an excellent location with free car parking with additional outdoor space. We run outdoor sessions when the weather permits.

Mixed and Women’s Sessions:

Most of our sessions are mixed. During the week we do offer a number of women’s only sessions.

Educational Workshops & Add Ons:

These include Pilates, Running Club and workshops. Our most recent workshops including Nutrition, Physio and Menopause.

The best gym I've ever been a part of. A small core of trainers who take a genuine interest in your development.... There's no hiding place, the sessions are challenging but always varied. You will learn a lot about movement & strength and how your own body can respond to it. The members are great, dead supportive of one another and there are regular social nights out too. Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be tied into a contract?

There is no minimum term or contract to sign up with us. We believe we can provide a service all members can value and enjoy without having to tie them into a long contract. If members enjoy and value the services we provide, they will want to continue paying.

What is different between us and a group exercise class?

We aren’t a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Each day is designed for members to get the best experience from their visit. All sessions are programmed to improve strength, learn correct technique and to become fitter and healthier. Although we work to a structure, we meet each client at where they are on their journey and as coaches, find just enough stimulus to allow each member to reach their goals.

Are the sessions too hard for someone who is new to exercise?

The sessions are meant to be challenging but rewarding. Each member is allowed to move at their own pace, find their starting point and build their strength and confidence in their own time. The workouts are designed in such a way that someone brand new to exercise can complete the workout alongside someone that has done 100s of sessions with us. 

Some gyms limit the number of sessions, do you?

No. We offer unlimited session for a set price. You can use one simple to use online booking system to choose from over 150 sessions a month, 7 days a week. This means the more sessions you do, the cheaper the price per session becomes. Unlike 1to1 PT which can be very expensive when training 3-4 times per week.

Is it like Personal Training?

You will get the benefit of being coached by an expert personal trainer, with the added benefit of being amongst a group of like-minded people. Each session is structured and no one session is ever the same. 

I don’t like Commercial Gyms, how are you different?

We are a small, welcoming group of like minded people of similar age with amazing, likable coaches! You don’t have to mix with ‘different’ crowds while you’re unsure what to do. Each session is an hour long and is structured in a way to be interesting, enjoyable and challenging. This ensures you get the best possible work-out in every visit.
