How much is the 4-Week Kick Start?

The 4-Week Kick Start is £150. This includes:

  • 3 Group Sessions each week led by an Expert Personal Trainer
  • 12 Group Sessions in total (approximately £8 per session)
  • A detailed fitness and nutritional plan tailored just for you
  • Access to our In-Body Scanner providing detailed analysis of your body metrics
  • Full access and accountability from our owner Andy to help you on your way!
  • Plus all the many benefits of the Alt-T-Fit gym

What is different between us and a group exercise class?

We aren’t a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Each day is designed for members to get the best experience from their visit. All sessions are programmed to improve strength, learn correct technique and to become fitter and healthier. Although we work to a structure, we meet each client at where they are on their journey and as coaches, find just enough stimulus to allow each member to reach their goals.

Are the sessions too hard for someone who is new to exercise?

The sessions are meant to be challenging but rewarding. Each member is allowed to move at their own pace, find their starting point and build their strength and confidence in their own time. The workouts are designed in such a way that someone brand new to exercise can complete the workout alongside someone that has done 100s of sessions with us. 

Some gyms limit the number of sessions, do you?

No. We offer unlimited session for a set price. You can use one simple to use online booking system to choose from over 150 sessions a month, 7 days a week. This means the more sessions you do, the cheaper the price per session becomes. Unlike 1to1 PT which can be very expensive when training 3-4 times per week.

Is it like Personal Training?

You will get the benefit of being coached by an expert personal trainer, with the added benefit of being amongst a group of like-minded people. Each session is structured and no one session is ever the same. 

I don’t like Commercial Gyms, how are you different?

We are a small, welcoming group of like minded people of similar age with amazing, likable coaches! You don’t have to mix with ‘different’ crowds while you’re unsure what to do. Each session is an hour long and is structured in a way to be interesting, enjoyable and challenging. This ensures you get the best possible work-out in every visit.
