When you join Alt-T Fit you are not just joining a gym. You are becoming part of a community of like-minded people, looking to elevate themselves to the next level. To us, the gym is more than just exercise. It is a place you can visit and spend an hour to enjoy on yourself, alongside others that generally care about your health and wellbeing. 

Whether you are a first-timer to the gym, feeling slightly out of shape, or already at a good level of fitness and looking to push to the next level, Alt-T Fit is for EVERYONE. Our coaches will adapt sessions for you and take you on a journey to where you want to be. We are an inclusive,  state of the art gym facility within Altrincham which a huge semi private facility, alongside with great outdoor space and parking

Each day is different. Each session is never the same. You will be greeted by a smile and a first name, taken through a professionally designed programme to ensure you leave the gym feeling stronger, fitter and generally healthier than when you came in. We will guide you on technique and help you mitigate any current or past injuries.

ALT-T FIT COMMUNITY

We have a large community of people who want to combine exercise with fun, camaraderie, sweat and laughs! All of our sessions are group sessions led by expert personal trainers. We offer a combination of mixed classes and ladies only classes. We have regular social events including a summer BBQ, nights out, Christmas Night Out, golf days etc.

We also run workshops with experts including Physios, nutritional experts and our most recent menopause workshop. We have a popular Weekly Run Club which is free to all members. Over 30 of our members ran the Altrincham 10k Run in September 2023, many for the first time. Our Run Club helped them get miles under their belts whilst also having fun. 

Many of our members have been here since we launched in 2018. New members are always welcomed with open arms. Whether you’re a first-time gym goer, somebody who’s looking to get back into the gym, or you’ve already got a high level of fitness, you’ll fit right in. HOW WE HELP YOU GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT

1:1 COACHING

Every session is designed and led by expert personal trainers. For our peak time sessions, there will be two personal trainers. Coaches will support you with technique, form and motivation. They will help with accountability, as will all our gym members. Out of gym contact is available for additional support.

VARIETY OF TRAINING

Each session we run is different, no session will be the same. Each day we target a certain body area, or focus on full body. We will mix in boxing, Saturday Specials or Slow Down Sundays. Coaches can adapt sessions for individuals who may be carrying an injury or niggle.

EXPERT ADVICE

Our values are around Physical Training, Nutrition, Mindset and Positive Environment. We will offer expert support and guidance around these areas. If you want to lose weight, get fit, tone up, or simply get into new habits, we can help.

BENEFITS OF ALT-T FIT

Coach led sessions: 

Build strength, fitness and overall well being while learning correct techniques and methods from an expert personal trainer.

Community: 

Train with other like minded people in a fun, sociable group environment. We’re a friendly inclusive environment that welcomes everyone.

Social Events:

Including nights out, summer BBQ, Christmas night, golf days. We also have a free weekly running club.

Accountability: 

Accountability in each session from a coach and other members. Plus ‘Out of gym’ contact with a coach to help motivate, guide and assist.

Unlimited Sessions:

We pride ourselves on offering unlimited sessions 7 days a week. You can use our easy to use online booking system to choose from over 150 sessions a month.

Outdoor Training in Summer:

We have an excellent location with free car parking with additional outdoor space. We run outdoor sessions when the weather permits.

Mixed and Women’s Sessions:

Most of our sessions are mixed. During the week we do offer a number of women’s only sessions.

Educational Workshops & Add Ons:

These include Pilates, Running Club and workshops. Our most recent workshops including Nutrition, Physio and Menopause.

Alt-T-Fit is not your typical gym. We’re more of a community of like-minded individuals joining forces to enjoy their health and fitness in a group environment. People who inspire each other to be better every day.

Our values cover four main areas of health and wellbeing – Physical Training, Nutrition, Mindset and a Positive Environment. Our team of expert coaches believe in creating an environment that every member feels safe and comfortable, and one where they can improve.

Our sessions are carefully programmed by our coaching team to allow them to be accessible to everyone regardless of age, fitness level, or training expertise. We focus on moving with correct technique and cover all the key areas of training – from mobility, to strength work, and high-intensity interval training. With over 45 sessions over 7 days, starting at 6am and running through until 7.30pm, we have all your training needs covered. Members have unlimited access to these sessions each month. The best gym I've ever been a part of. A small core of trainers who take a genuine interest in your development.... There's no hiding place, the sessions are challenging but always varied. You will learn a lot about movement & strength and how your own body can respond to it. The members are great, dead supportive of one another and there are regular social nights out too.
